TERMS OF USE FOR NANO PMU APP

1. ACCOUNT

To use the service, you need to register for an account. The Nano PMU app limits registration to one account per verified email, as well as the number of compatible devices that can be linked to an account at the same time to one device. You must commit to using the account in compliance with the regulations of the Nano PMU app, and all account identification information you provide to us must be accurate and complete at the time of request. Nano PMU app is not responsible in case the information you provide is incorrect and affects your rights.

Please note that the account will be terminated if it exceeds the predetermined usage period you have previously registered. You will need to renew your subscription or register a new account to continue using the Nano PMU app.

You have the right to use the services we provide, but such usage will not include the following behaviors without the written consent of P - Academy:

●  Copy, modify, create derivative works based on this platform.

●  Do not sell, transfer, grant access, or disclose the content on this platform to any third party.

●  Do not redesign, translate, edit, or reverse engineer the design content of this platform.

●  Exploit the platform to take actions harmful to the cybersecurity system of P-Academy, such as accessing the website to delete, edit, add or disseminate malicious programs, viruses, or perform any other actions aimed at causing harm or destroying the network system.

●  Log in and use the services with third-party compatible software or systems not developed, authorized, or approved by P-Academy

●  Do not use for selling, lending, copying, modifying, connecting to third parties, translating, publishing, disclosing information related to the content of the Nano App, building mirror websites to publish this information, or to develop derivative products, work, or other services.

●  Do not exploit the Nano App platform to upload, transfer, transmit, or store information that violates the law, violates the cultural customs of the nation; discriminates and causes racial division; offends, damages the legitimate rights of individuals or organizations.

●  Do not use Nano App to use, upload, transfer, transmit, or store any content that violates intellectual property rights, business secrets, or legal rights of third parties.

●  Do not exploit the platform or other services provided by P-Academy in any form of legal violation, for any illegal purposes.

●  Other forms of violation.

2. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a) P-Academy is concerned about the privacy rights of users, so we only collect and use your personal information as follows:

●  Personal information: full name, phone number, email, date of birth, ID card/citizen ID/passport number, date of issue, place of issue. For contact and account recovery purposes.

●  Information about the applications, browsers, and devices you use to suggest appropriate updates and enhance security.

●  Information you share publicly to optimize displayed content for better service.

●  We do not employ any measures to track the content of messages, exchanges, or other forms to monitor users when using this service.

(b) Time and location of personal information storage:

Your personal information will be stored on servers with IP addresses in Vietnam until it is canceled by you, except for Account information, login and logout times, IP addresses, and information processing logs, which will be stored for a period of 2 years as required by law.

(c) Updating, modifying, and canceling personal information:

By logging into your account, you can access the feature to edit the personal information provided through the user interface of the platform. In case you do not agree to continue for P-Academy to collect and use your personal information, apart from being able to proactively disable access rights on the platform, you can also send a request to P-Academy to delete the stored personal information. Any information related to this request will be sent according to the mechanism specified in Article 7 of this Agreement.

Please note that we will verify your identity during the process of processing the request to delete personal information for the purpose of protecting the rights of the user.

3. INFORMATION SECURITY COMMITMENT

P Academy utilizes secure https communication methods and encryption to transmit and store your personal data and communications. We commit to keeping confidential all information you provide to P-Academy or that we collect from you, and we will not disclose it to any third party unless required by the relevant state authority.

4. SERVICE FEES

P Academy will implement fees for customers using the service. The corresponding fees for each service package (if any) will be announced by P-Academy to the User for clear understanding and the User can choose the suitable service package.

5. CUSTOMIZED MARKETING CONTENT

When using the service, you agree that we have the right to use your non-identifying information to provide targeted advertising content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform is developed and owned by P-Academy, and all intellectual property rights related to the platform (including but not limited to source code, images, data, information, content contained within the platform; modifications, additions, updates to the platform) and related instructional materials (if any) will be exclusively owned by P-Academy. No individual or organization is allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of the owner without the written consent and permission of P-Academy.

7. CONTACT AND REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you believe that any content publicly distributed through the platform violates your rights, the rights of any third party, or violates legal regulations, please inform us. A notification is considered valid if it contains the following information:

●  Subject: (Violation Report)

●  Identity information of the complaining party (full name, ID card/citizen ID/passport number and issuing authority, Email, Phone number)

●  Violation information (text, screenshots, links, videos)

●  P Academy will handle each reported violation that we receive. Any violation reports or assistance must be sent to the following address:

 8. VIOLATION HANDLING:

In the event that a user violates any provision of this agreement, P-Academy reserves the right to immediately suspend the user's account or delete all information and content in violation. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the user may be held responsible before the competent authority, P-Academy, and third parties for any damages incurred or arising from your violation.
